Meet the Staff
The staff at Darland Pet Clinic are fully qualified and have years of experience required to give you the best care for your pet. In addition to formal education, they are pet lovers and owners...just like you!

Dr. Rebecca Darland, DVM
Rebecca Darland grew up in rural Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University. There she received a B.S. in wildlife ecology before attending veterinary school. She practiced mixed animal medicine in Oklahoma for a year before moving to Festus, MO. She was an associate veterinarian and dreamed of opening her own clinic. In 2000, The Darland Pet Clinic officially opened and has been serving the Festus area ever since. The clinic's mission is to provide compassionate care at affordable prices.
Dr. Darland loves practicing veterinary medicine because it gives her the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people and pets and is always challenging her to grow by keeping up with new advances in medicine. Through the years, she has been actively involved in volunteering her time for local rescues and shelters. When she's not working at the Clinic, you can find her biking local trails or hanging out with her Boston Terrier, Bonnie.
